Spring is finally here! 🌸

This winter seemed to have lasted 14 months, but we finally made it through the darkest days of the year. Now the flowers are starting to bloom, the days are getting warmer and longer, and the air smells just a bit different.

With brighter days the mood also improves and I'm suddenly craving more salads and healthy meals. Se these are my favorite Spring recipes:
