(NEW Recipe 🍽️) Pasta e Fagioli (Traditional Italian Pasta and Beans)

Hey Reader!

The classic of classics. Who doesn't know Pasta e Fagioli? Also known in the Italo-American community as Pasta Fazool.

Each regions and each family has their own pasta and beans recipe. In the North is more soupy, while in the South is more dense. This is the version my family likes and it's super easy and quick to make with tons of flavor!

Pasta e Fagioli (Traditional Italian Pasta and Beans)

Pasta e Fagioli is one of the most comforting and traditional Italian dishes. It's a simple, rustic combination of pasta and beans simmered in a rich, flavorful sauce. Every region in Italy has its own version, but at its heart, this dish is about simple ingredients cooked slowly and thoughtfully.
