🌸 Spring Pasta with Asparagus and Pancetta

Hey Reader!

I love asparagus. Back in Tuscany we would go hunting for wild asparagus every spring, and then make Frittata, Pasta, and much more with them.

This creamy Pasta with Asparagus and Pancetta is super easy to make, with all the flavor of fresh asparagus (store-bought are perfectly fine), and savory Pancetta.

Creamy Pasta with Asparagus and Pancetta

This Creamy Pasta with Asparagus and Pancetta is a simple dish that brings together crisp-tender asparagus, savory pancetta, and a silky cream sauce. It’s the kind of recipe that feels special enough for a weekend dinner but is quick and easy enough to make on a busy weeknight.
