Cheesy & Creamy Pasta Recipes (that aren't Alfredo)

In the US when you say creamy pasta you automatically think of Alfredo sauce, but there are tons of Italian pasta recipes that are deliciously creamy and cheesy and that are not the basic Alfredo.

From my favorite four-cheese sauce, to creamy Pasta Rosa or Tortellini alla Panna. Which one is your favorite?
